Welcome to SOLID Safety and Stationers. By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms.

1. Website Use & Updates

Our site is hosted by Shopify. By using or ordering from the site, you accept these Terms, which may be updated anytime without notice.

2. Quotes & Orders

Quotes are valid until their expiry date. Prices may change. Orders confirm after full payment on a valid invoice. Verify all details before paying.

3. Cancellations

- Orders over R5,000 cancelled before dispatch incur a 15% fee.
- After dispatch, up to 25% plus courier fees apply.
- No cancellations on special orders (custom, branded, imported).

4. Products & Availability

Product colors and quantities may vary. We may refuse or limit sales at our discretion. Prices and availability can change without notice.

5. Delivery & Risk

Risk transfers when courier collects goods. Insurance is optional and available on request. We aren’t liable for delivery delays or errors.

6. Returns & Exchanges

7. Defective Items & Warranties

Defects may be credited or replaced after inspection. Limited warranties on special/branded or harshly used items.

8. Sizing & Special Orders

Confirm sizes before ordering. We aren’t responsible for size errors due to incorrect info.

9. Samples

Samples are chargeable and refundable only if returned unused. Return shipping is customer’s responsibility.

10. Customer Responsibility

We distribute but do not manufacture products. Customers must ensure suitability. Specs available on request.

11. Billing & Account Information

Provide accurate info and update as needed. We may limit or cancel orders.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms and our policies form the entire agreement, superseding prior agreements.
