Refund & Return Policy

At SOLID Safety and Stationers, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase is required (receipt or order confirmation).

Return Process

- Email sales@solidsafety.co.za to request a return and receive approval.
- Returns must be sent to:

- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

- Custom or personalized products
- Washed or altered garments
- Sale items
- Gift cards

Exchanges

Exchanges follow the return process. Once your return is approved and received, place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method after inspection of returned items. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing. If you have not received your refund within this time, contact us.

Handling Fee

A handling fee of up to 25% may apply to returns or cancellations depending on the order.

Customer Responsibility

Please confirm your order details before purchasing. SOLID Safety and Stationers is not responsible for incorrect orders placed by customers.
