Delivery Options
Solid Safety and Stationers offers two secure methods for receiving your order:

  • Courier Delivery – We deliver directly to your door, anywhere in South Africa. Delivery costs and timelines are shown at checkout.

  • Store Collection – You may collect your order at our store located at 388 Pretorius Street, Pretoria Central, Pretoria, 0001.

Shipping Policy

We deliver to physical addresses within South Africa. For deliveries to neighboring countries or international destinations, please contact us directly to arrange suitable options. Deliveries outside South Africa are handled on a case-by-case basis. Once your order is confirmed, any delivery address changes must be made through a separate request.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Any order placed after 12:00 PM will be treated as a next business day order. Delivery generally takes between 1 to 10 business days from payment confirmation. Remote or outlying areas may require up to 4 additional days for delivery. During high-volume periods such as Christmas and Easter, please allow extra time for your parcel to arrive.

Courier costs are calculated based on parcel weight and charged at 2% of the total order value. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Our trusted courier partners, including our in-house logistics team, manage deliveries. Orders are delivered only to the recipient and address specified at checkout. If another person will receive your parcel, their name must be included in the “Notes” section. A valid ID will be required at the time of delivery.

For your security, all parcels are sealed with tape. If your parcel is damaged or the seal is broken upon arrival, inspect the contents in the presence of the courier and record any issues on the delivery slip. You may also refuse the parcel and return it immediately. In both cases, the slip must be signed by both you and the courier.

Solid Safety and Stationers is not responsible for any damage incurred while the parcel is in transit with the courier. If delivery to your location is not possible, we reserve the right to cancel the order or suggest alternative arrangements. For information on returns, please refer to our refund policy.
